(i) to monitor the content and user contributions on its website and related forums to ensure that it is compliant with the terms and conditions as set out herein;

(ii) to ensure that all information on the website is accurate and complete;

(iii) to remove or edit any content or material which is found to be so in breach.

2.2 CerebralPalsySocial.org  makes no representation or warranty that its website or any services offered via website will be accessible, or useable by you or error free. CerebralPalsySocial.org  is not liable for any failure or interruption of anything on the site;

2.3 Not withstanding CerebralPalsySocial.org‘s obligations to prevent the posting of anything on the website in breach of clauses 3.2 a) - e) and 3.3, CerebralPalsySocial.org  is not liable for any material or content which you or any other user may post on the website, and shall not be liable to you nor to any third party for any claim, loss, liability, damage, expenses etc. of any nature whatsoever stemming from any posting on the site.

3. Use of the website

3.1   Before any use of the website, including posting of messages or content in any discussion or message forum, you are required to register as a user with your own personal password. Additionally, you agree that you shall only ever use your own personal User ID and will not under any circumstances log in under someone else's User ID in order to post messages or place information and/or material on the website. You also agree that all information which you are required to give upon the filing of your own registration shall be true and accurate in all respects.

3.2 You hereby agree that you will not, when using the website service:

a. use obscene or offensive language;

b. place material on the website which is defamatory, in breach of copyright or confidence, abusive, discriminatory, inflammatory, or hateful;

c. place material on the website which may encourage criminal conduct or which may give rise to civil liability, or which otherwise is unlawful;

d. place material on the website that does not belong to you without the prior written consent of the owner;

e. place any advertisement or make any other commercial solicitations;

f. name third parties by name in any postings which deal with potentially sensitive topics, nor mention any dates and times. Such postings should be general rather than specific.

3.3 You agree that by using the website, all details submitted by you are accurate and not misleading, and that you will not use the website in any way that is contrary to US law nor the law of the User's residence nor the law of any country where the website is used. Should CerebralPalsySocial.org become aware of any activity that is contrary to this clause or clause 3.2 above, CerebralPalsySocial.org reserves the right to immediately exclude the user. CP social may keep a record of your IP and/or host address for reference purposes only (in order to keep a track on the amount of visitors per day). In the event of any breach of this Privacy Policy, CerebralPalsySocial.org may add your IP and/or host address to an 'excluded database' to prevent you gaining further access to the website. These addresses are not distributed or given out to any third party services.

3.4 CerebralPalsySocial.org may facilitate chat rooms or other 'public spaces' which are open to all age groups. Exercise caution when choosing to disclose private/personal information.

3.5 You grant to CerebralPalsySocial.org unrestricted right to use, reproduce, copy, translate, distribute any material you place on the website. Furthermore CerebralPalsySocial.org reserves the right to remove, edit or delete any material on this site.

3.6 You agree to indemnify CerebralPalsySocial.org, its employees, representatives, from any and all claims and liabilities (including legal fees) which arise from:

You have a right to ask for a copy of your information (for which CerebralPalsySocial.org may charge an administration fee of $20 to cover costs) and to request CerebralPalsySocial.org correct any inaccuracies in your personal information (which is free).
